We want you to love your purchase. However, due to the delicate and handmade nature of our candles, we follow a limited return policy.

We accept returns within 3 days of delivery only in case of:

  • Damaged product

  • Wrong item received

To be eligible, the item must be:

  • Unused and in original packaging

  • Supported with proof (unboxing video or clear images)

  • Used candles

  • Products without original packaging

  • Change of mind / personal preference

  • Sale items


🔁 Exchanges

We only offer replacements for:

  • Damaged items

  • Incorrect products

Once approved, a replacement will be shipped at no extra cost.


📦 Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 24 hours with an unboxing video for quick resolution.


💸 Refunds

  • If a return is approved, refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refund will be credited to your original payment method

As our candles are handmade, slight variations in color or design are natural and not considered defects.
